Do you do Land Surveying?

We don't do land surveying so if you require assistance with determining boundaries or the location of your construction project it is best to contact a Land Surveyor.

Do you do pre-purchase inspections; new home inspections or defect inspections?

No. If you are purchasing a home or building a home, a company that specialises in building inspections or property inspections will be able to assist you.

Do you do contract inspections?

Unfortunately we are unable to do contract inspections and only perform mandatory inspections for Building Permits issued by Tekcon Group.

What is the difference between a Verandah and a Pergola?

A Verandah is a roofed structure.

What areas do you cover?
